The service
Feesto is a web interface to the Pons protocol on Robinhood Chain. It does three things: it helps a launcher create a token whose creator fees are sent to a vault tied to a social media handle; it indexes and displays those tokens, vaults and payouts; and it lets the owner of a handle prove ownership and withdraw the fees in the vault to a wallet of their choosing.
Feesto does not create, sell, promote or endorse any token. Tokens are created by their launchers on Pons, and trade on Pons and on any exchange that lists them. Feesto has no control over a token's price, supply, liquidity or the conduct of its launcher.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You must not use Feesto if you are located in, or a resident of, a jurisdiction where interacting with cryptocurrency tokens is prohibited, or if you are subject to sanctions. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including tax obligations on anything you receive.
Launching a token
- You launch tokens with your own wallet and pay the Pons launch fee and gas yourself. Feesto does not custody your funds.
- Naming a handle as the fee recipient does not require that person's permission, but you must not use a handle to impersonate, defraud, harass or defame anyone, or to suggest an endorsement that does not exist.
- The token description is written to the blockchain and cannot be edited afterwards. If you mistype the handle, the fees go to a vault nobody can claim. Feesto cannot recover them.
- You are solely responsible for the token's name, symbol, logo, description and any claims made about it.
Claiming fees
- To withdraw from a vault you must verify that you control the named handle, by signing in with that platform or by placing a one-time code in the profile bio. The first account to verify a handle is pinned to it.
- If a different account later verifies the same handle, the handle is frozen and no withdrawals are possible until the dispute is resolved. We may ask for further evidence of ownership and may decide in our sole discretion.
- Withdrawals are sent to the wallet address you enter. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed. If you enter a wrong address, the funds are lost and Feesto cannot recover them.
- There is a minimum withdrawal amount, shown on the claim page, so that network gas never exceeds the payout.
- Receiving a payout does not make you a customer of Feesto, a party to any token, or an endorser of it. Handles may be named by third parties without your knowledge.
Fees
Pons charges its own trading and launch fees under its policy. Of the creator fees that reach a Feesto vault, Feesto retains a protocol fee, currently 10 percent, taken when fees are swept into the vault. The current rate is enforced by the vault contract and shown on the site. We may change the rate for future sweeps, within the maximum the contract allows, by updating the site.
Prohibited use
- Impersonating another person or pretending to be authorised by them.
- Verifying a handle you do not control, or using stolen or shared credentials.
- Interfering with the service, the contracts, the indexer or other users, including through automated abuse.
- Using Feesto to launder money, evade sanctions, or facilitate any illegal activity.
- Uploading logos or descriptions that infringe someone's rights or that are unlawful.
Risks
Cryptocurrency tokens are volatile and can lose all value. Smart contracts can contain bugs. Blockchains can halt or reorganise. Social platforms can change their login systems, suspend accounts or rename handles, which can affect who is able to verify a handle. Feesto is provided on an experimental basis.
Nothing on Feesto is financial, legal or tax advice. Do your own research and never commit funds you cannot afford to lose.
No warranty and limitation of liability
Feesto is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of displayed data, or uninterrupted operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Feesto and the people who build it are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of tokens, funds, profits or data, arising from your use of the service, the Pons protocol, Robinhood Chain, any token, or any third-party platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the protocol fees Feesto actually received from the vault the claim concerns in the 12 months before the claim.
Third parties
Feesto is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by X Corp, Google, Meta Platforms, TikTok, Pons, Robinhood or any exchange. Their names are used only to identify the platforms whose logins we support. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms.
Changes and termination
We may change these terms by posting a new version here with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept it. We may suspend or stop the web service at any time. Because vaults live on the blockchain, funds in them are not affected by the website going offline, but withdrawals through Feesto require our verifier to be operating.

Questions about these terms, or a dispute over a handle, should be sent to us. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect.
