Effective 18 September 2026

Feesto collects as little as it can: the id and handle of the social account you sign in with, the wallet you withdraw to, and what is already public on the blockchain. Nothing is sold and no access tokens are stored.

What Feesto is

Feesto is a website that lets anyone launch a token on the Pons protocol (Robinhood Chain) and direct that token's creator fees to a vault tied to a social media handle. The named person proves they own the handle and withdraws the fees to a wallet they choose. This policy explains what information we handle in the process. It applies to feesto.xyz and any subdomain.

Information we collect

We collect the minimum needed to prove who owns a handle and to pay them.

  • Account identity from a social login. When you sign in with X, YouTube (Google), Facebook, Instagram or TikTok we receive your account's unique id and its public username or handle. For YouTube that is your channel id and channel handle. For Facebook personal profiles it is your numeric user id, because Facebook does not expose a username. For Instagram it is the id and username of a business or creator account linked to your Facebook Page. We do not receive your email address, password, contacts, posts, videos or private messages.
  • Bio code verification. If you verify with a one-time code instead of a login, we store the handle you typed and fetch your public profile page once to check the code is present.
  • Withdrawal address. The blockchain wallet address you enter when you withdraw.
  • Blockchain records. Token launches, fee sweeps and payouts are public on Robinhood Chain. We index and display them, including the handle each vault belongs to.
  • Technical data. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, time, requested page) kept for security and debugging.

We do not run analytics trackers, advertising pixels or third-party cookies. We do not collect payment card or bank details. Feesto never holds fiat money.

How we use it

  • To prove that the person claiming fees owns the named handle, and to pin that account to the handle so nobody else can claim it.
  • To sign and submit the on-chain payout to the wallet address you chose. We pay the gas.
  • To show public pages for each token and handle, including fees routed and paid.
  • To detect abuse, such as two different accounts claiming the same handle, in which case the handle is frozen for review.
  • To keep the service running and secure.

Social login tokens

When you sign in, the platform gives us a short-lived access token. We use it once, immediately, to read your id and handle, then discard it. We do not store access tokens or refresh tokens, and we cannot act on your account afterwards. Feesto never posts, follows, uploads or changes anything on your social accounts.

Google API Services. Feesto's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We request the read-only YouTube scope solely to read the id and handle of the channel you sign in with. That data is used only to verify handle ownership and is never sold, used for advertising, or transferred to third parties except as needed to provide the service or as required by law.

Cookies

  • Session cookie. After you verify, a signed cookie keeps you signed in for 24 hours. It holds the platform, your account id, your handle and how you verified. It is HTTP-only and not readable by scripts.
  • Login state cookies. Two short-lived cookies (10 minutes) protect the login redirect against forgery. They are deleted when the login completes.
  • Browser storage. Your wallet extension, if you connect one, may store its own connection state. That is controlled by the wallet, not by us.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the services needed to run Feesto:

  • The social platform you sign in with (X, Google, Meta, TikTok), which processes the login under its own policy.
  • Blockchain RPC providers that relay our transactions and reads to Robinhood Chain.
  • Our hosting and database providers, which store the data described above.
  • IPFS pinning for token logos uploaded by launchers, which are public by nature.
  • Authorities, if required by a valid legal request.

Anything written to the blockchain is public and permanent. That includes vault addresses, payout amounts and recipient wallets.

How long we keep it

The link between a handle and the account that verified it is kept for as long as the vault exists, because it is what stops a second person from claiming the same fees. Server logs are kept for up to 30 days. Session cookies expire after 24 hours. Blockchain records cannot be deleted by anyone.

Your choices and data deletion

You can sign out at any time from the claim page, which deletes the session cookie. You can revoke Feesto's access in your platform's settings (Google account permissions, Facebook apps and websites, TikTok connected apps, X connected apps). Since we keep no tokens, revoking has no effect on data already used for verification.

To delete the verification record that links your account to a handle, contact us with the platform and handle. We will remove your account id and username from our database within 30 days, unless a payout dispute for that handle is open. Note that deleting the link means the handle becomes claimable by whoever verifies it next. On-chain records and public posts referencing your handle cannot be removed by us.

This section also serves as the data deletion instructions for logins made through Facebook and Instagram.

Children

Feesto is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a minor has used the service, contact us and we will delete the record.

Changes

We will post any change to this policy on this page and update the effective date. Material changes will be announced on our X account. See also the Terms of Service.
